   Food was horrible. My steak under coked then so over cooked it was shoe leather. My husband’s ribeye had so many grizzles in it he couldn’t it. Will not be back

   Chop House is an old school steak house with a recent decor update. The servers wear black, head to toe, and things work like clockwork. The manager is walking the restaurant and checking with every table. Though packed, it was reasonably quiet. The atmosphere is upscale casual and there is a very friendly feel.

   I had the Chicken Picatti, and my wife had the Grouper. Both were excellent. Service was spot on, and the food was hot when delivered. Hanna R was our server and did a great job of taking care of us. This was our first visit to this Chop House. We had been to the one in North Knoxville before, but this one seems nicer and was certainly very busy. I'd recommend this restaurant.

   Caleb was an outstanding server. The food was excellent as always. The only negative about this location is it gets quite loud for an upscale dining experience.

    We have never had a bad experience at The Chop House. It is one of our favorite places to eat. Tonight they had grouper as their special and it was SO good! Our waitress was great! She stayed on top of our drinks and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Chop House!
