   We had a wonderful waitress Fitz. She kept her beverages full, our food coming, was knowledgeable on the food, I was very pleasant.

   Chop House is one of our family favorites and a must do when in the area. Food was wonderful, reservation was made and we were seated within 5 minutes of our time slot. Hostesses were very friendly, server was kind. We were given a dirty appetizer plate but it was swapped out when I brought it to our servers attention. Also, the women's bathroom was in need of attention. The only real issue I had was they would not accept a visa gift card for payment. Our server took the visa and came back to the table to tell us they did not accept it, which is strange because literally everywhere that accepts visa also accepts the gift card. We will be back. Food and fireplace seating area are always great.

   The service was ok at first. Then we hardly seen our waitress. The food was over cooked and had to ask for one of our guest meal  to be brought out to us four times.

    Our dinner at The Chop House Sevierville was outstanding! The prime rib was rare and juicy, just as we like. Service was outstanding also. The meal was a good value also. I highly recommend The Chop House Sevierville! Best restaurant ever!
