   Food is always great at Chop House! Cocktails are good as well. Service was quick especially for the day after Valentine’s Day!

   The main issue we experienced was the wait time, which started with a check-in mistake. I had a reservation for 8:30 and arrived early, but we saw at least 10 people who came in after us get seated before us. At 8:45, I approached the front desk to check on the status of our table, and when I gave the hostess my name, she revealed that she hadn’t checked us in properly when we arrived. She then told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. We waited another 15-20 minutes, and by this point, it had been 35-40 minutes past our reservation time. A server finally came over to ask how long we had been waiting, and after speaking with a manager, we were seated within 10 minutes. While I understand it was a busy night, I made this reservation a month in advance and was frustrated by both the lack of proper check-in and the extended wait. The food was good, but not great. However, our server was outstanding—very attentive and friendly, which made the experience a little better.

   Absolutely Love this place. It’s the only place I eat steak at and I always get the prime rib blackened. Ribs are always good and I haven’t had anything that didn’t taste good yet.

   Got soup Same time as the meal Didn’t eat because the steak Would Be cold had to wait on refills was never offered more bread ..they were busy but not to be like this

   Chop house knows how to do busy. Valentine's day lunch was packed and yet we felt like we were the only couple there. Let me explain… When we arrived early as usual. So we had a short wait to be seated. Its always best to have reservations my friends. I asked for my wife and I to be sat near the fireplace and we were. Everything was prompt. Our server was Hennessy, she is skilled and made us very happy. Every need was met with everything asked for in a timely manner. The very best is here at the Chophouse Murfreesboro. Food was also cooked to perfection, not a hiccup at all. Thank you chophouse for the great 2nd experience. We LOVE Chophouse, specially on any personal holiday. We will continue to re-visit, our newest favorite restaurant.
