The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

    We hoped for a better experience than what we had-felt a little overlooked by the wait staff and my food was cold. My daughter’s food was really good though

    Food was not good for the price. Both of our chicken was incredibly overcooked and dried out and my wife’s veggies were undercooked and hard to even chew. Deserts ridiculously priced.

    Server was rude, and we ordered several of the valentines specials which was one of the reasons we came. The food was average at best. We spent $200 and it was maybe worth half that. The steak was very fatty and the fries were just ok. The best part was the appetizer. I expected to be wowed and came to have a special celebration for Valentine's and 15 years together, but everything was just average. Noting was overly special or amazing. It was average food for an overpriced amount. Even the kid's food was way overpriced, and have gotten better quality at Chili's for half the price. I also mentioned that we were celebrating 15 years together and nothing was mentioned at all!

    Service was horrible and we couldn’t get a server to come over for over a half hour after we sat down and waited about 30 minutes to get out drinks but the food was good

    We arrived early for our reservation as we thought we could do a chocolate tour but they were already closed so we asked to see if we could be seated earlier and they did. Family environment but the drink menu was perfect for us adults. The kids had grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and carrots- it was delicious! My husband had the chocolate short ribs, they fell apart and melted in your mouth! It was perfect! I had the mushroom risotto requested grilled chicken, it was decadent! I haven’t had a good risotto in a long while and it “hit the spot”! Our server Hailey was on-top of everything, accommodating and so friendly. The main reason for our visit was for the chocolate fondue (fun-due) it was phenomenal perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner! We will return again and hopefully soon!

    The service was awesome, we been there a few times and the service there is usually very good with polite and friendly service. We had some items from the Valentine’s Day menu, and it was just ok, really not worth it with the price, the crab drip was more like crab soup with just cheese trying to hold it together. The dessert for 2 was really not worth it at all at 23$. I think we got like 10 items, which were all just ok, nothing special at all. The chocolate fun-due, on the other hand, is so so delicious, with plenty of items to drip and enjoy, and is only 24$, you get at least twice as. Another highlight of the meal was the Chocolatetown burger, it was made perfectly and so delicious.

    The food was great. The service was great. Our waitress was great. There was next to nobody there so all of our food was out pretty soon. Definitely recommend The Chocolatier.
