The Chef's Table has been pairing fine Italian cuisine with friendly and professional service in Stuart, FL since 2009. Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti & his team create seasonal menus showcasing handmade pastas, choice meats, the freshest local seafood & peak of the season vegetables using classically trained technique.

Understated yet elegant with only 50 seats, the main dining room is centered around a family heirloom, a well loved table, which seats up to six. An intimate space - your home away from home.

    Exceptional in every aspect. The service was excellent with Steve and Keaton. Both were attentive, knew the menu and made excellent recommendations. We had two appetizers, two small plates of pasta and one entree. The grilled octopus was by far the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. Cacio e Pepe was perfect and Paparadelle porcini absolutely delicious. Wine recommendation was perfect as well. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for a great birthday celebration.

    We had a great time celebrating our two-year wedding anniversary. The tasting and wine pairing was amazing! I love that they brought out two different dishes and two different wines, so that way my husband and I could sample each other's. I would absolutely recommend this dining experience. We will be back!

    Wonderful night out with friends at Chef’s Table. Our waiter was so patient as we took a long time to order. He was so personable and attentive. The food was delicious! Three of us ordered the tuna special and all loved it! Highly recommend and will be returning many times!

    We had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Chef's Table. We were looking for a quiet venue for close intimate conversation and a high quality food experience. The menus for our table were detailed and personalized for our small table. Our table decided to do the Gourmet Tasting experience. The Gourmet Tasting experience is a unique (for each member of the table) seven course meal with a separate paired wine for each course. (highly recommended for the adventurous diner as the course selections and wines are determined by the Chef). The food, presentation, service, and atmosphere were all amazing! Not inexpensive but memorable.

    Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent sophisticated dining experience. Lovely and professional service. Outside dining was charming. Indoors is very pretty but needed a little more warmth and music or something to feel more inviting. Overall a wonderful spot. Will definitely be going back!!
