   My first and definitely will not be my last time dining at the Charlotte. The atmosphere was beautiful and I love the diverse food options. The attention to detail in the menu items is unmatched and I cannot wait to return and try some main dishes. JaMiracle gave top tier service and all of her recommendations were delicious. I will request her every time!

   We visited for lunch on a chilly and sunny day. The greeter asked if we wanted to sit on the patio, and we replied NO. We sat in the lovey dining room adjacent to the nice patio, but instead of a door to the patio, the entire dining room wall was open to the outdoors, the cold breeze blowing in. We asked for a warmer table and we were moved to a booth, but still in the cold breeze. I got up and walked around and discovered that we could sit at the bar, so we moved there, out of the breeze, but still chilly. We enjoyed our food (in our coats). The staff were friendly, the atmosphere fun and except for the cold, it was a good experience and we will go back. When we got in our car at the valet, I noticed that the temperature on my dashboard was 60 degrees. Some people were enjoying the patio when we were there, but why not just have a door to the patio rather than the entire wall so a diner has a choice?

   The ambiance is wonderful. The mocktail was great. Service was good. One of the hiccups was a scheduled reservation at 4, and didn’t get seated until about 4:30, no apologies, no water offer, when your plates are averaging $30/plates it’s the little things… or be forthcoming that we may need to wait a bit. They’re probably understaffed because the whole dining room was empty. Pasta was okay (rigatoni). Menu was a bit all over the place but that’s American bistro. Nothing about the experience made me want to return, but it wasn’t bad, just ok.

    I can't remember my waitress' name but she was amazing. Top tier customer service. I ordered the brazino with a side of whipped potatoes. The flavor on both were on point. I would definitely reorder that meal again.
