I loved this new restaurant in wp. Food was amazing, beautifully decorated and lovely ambience. Great staff and service too. I tried a few items and can’t wait to come again. Started with the ahi tuna- perfect portion very nice quality tuna, the Floridian salad -I absolutely loved the flavors bursting and the citrusy zest dressing, mushroom pappardelle pasta in a creamy goat cheese sauce exquisite in flavor too if you love mushrooms, the salmon with a pearled couscous type pasta with some curry notes and the chocolate ganache cake with berries. I’m definitely coming back soon. Well done 😍

Everything was lovely, we loved our food, Crab Cake was very good. Filet needed a bit more seasoning, maybe a nice Béarnaise sauce or au Poivre. Love the Winter Park memories as I am born and raised here.

We had a wonderful first meal at the Chapman! The drinks and food were outstanding! Wonderful atmosphere with great ambience and decor. We will definitely be back!

New favorite Winter Park restaurant. Love the menu, location and interior build-out. Can't wait to return for lunch, brunch, cocktail and next dinner. Also looking forward to hosting events in the spacious private room.

It was a welcome change to normal dining, the surrounds were perfect, servers knowledgeable and food delicious and a menu full of choices for everyone.

An amazing new restaurant unlike anything in winter park and park avenue. The historic story behind Mr. Chapman, chase and even Henderson, and how it impacted the setup and decor is really cool. Can’t remember the last time I had a steak this good - the flavor and tenderness was over the top. And the appetizers and deserts - wow. This is a special place. It will not disappoint.

Very upscale ambience. Unique for it's Winter Park theme orientation. Exceptionally well trained staff, made you feel welcome and informed about the menu. Best Crab Cake I've ever had. The presentation of all the items at our table was first class. The deserts were exceptional, especially the no flour chocolate cake. Overall, a great dining experience.

Best customer service, from the food runners to the bartenders. Had the wagyu steak, and it was fantastic. Brown Sugar and Blood Orange Old Fashions were top notch
