The Cavalier is a London-inspired brasserie, located adjacent to Hotel Zetta in San Francisco's SoMA neighborhood. The upscale British influenced restaurant is brought to you by Executive Chef Jennifer Puccio, managing partner James Nicholas, and award winning San Francisco designer, Ken Fulk. The 135-seat restaurant is divided into four unique, intimate spaces: the Blue Bar, Main Dining Room, Wine Stables, and Rail Car. The interior is designed with deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc and white marble, lending a posh and sultry feel.

    Came back again it was so good the first time. Tried a few different menu items. They were great as well. The portion sizes were perfect. Food was amazing and the service superb. Christopher the bartender was amazing as usual

    Very neat and eclectic bar and restaurant. Food was amazing. We had the gnocchi and lamb which were mouthwatering. Waiter and bartender were awesome. We really had a great experience. Will definitely do again.

    The flavors and textures of the deviled eggs were remarkable. I had the scallops for the main. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavorful. Desert was sticky toffee pudding, something few restaurants can pull off, and the Cavalier once again knocked it out of the park. Portions for the mains are fairly small. This isn't a fault; everything I have tried on the menu is good, if not great, so more, smaller courses is the best way to enjoy this place. The waitstaff are delightful. Great attitudes, just the right level of attentiveness.

    This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I had my birthday dinner here last night and unfortunately had poor service. My table was a larger table so needed more attention and we all felt it was hard to get the waiters attention who also wasn’t that friendly. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience the next time I go back.

    I had a wonderful time at the cavalier, service was excellent and every item we had was great! I would highly recommend the salmon as well thé crème brûlé which is a must have!! Thank you for the amazing night of service! Will certainly be coming back
