With a fully retractable roof for those sunny days and heaters for when it gets chilly, the Secret Garden is the perfect option for al fresco dining, no matter the weather.

The Carriage is the hotel’s indoor restaurant bar, offering an a la carte lunch & dinner menu and full drinks menu throughout the day. Walk-in guests can request to sit in the Carriage for a la carte evening dining.

The place is quite nice, there is plenty of choice and the food was good when it arrived but it took too long to arrive and the service was friendly but slow.

Nothing at all i can complain about. Most efficient staff I've every seen, all friendly. Service was very quick. Food was amazing, and wasn't even very expensive. The Secret Garden section of the resturaunt is beautiful and so comfortable. It is usually outdoor seating but it was cold so the roof was closed and there are loads of heaters. Very warm. Could not recommend more, especially for dates, because it's not overly focused on the corny candle lit dinner romantic thing. It can defenitly meet that standard but it's perfect for a nice, above casual place to go. Plus complimentary prosecco on valentines day

Food menu is limited. Fish and chips was served without peas or salad garnish. Gluten and dairy free guest had soup and side salad for main course, as were no suitable main options. With a half full dining room on Thursday night, presentation etc there is plenty to improve on.

Food was lukewarm, service was very slow. Second time here, first time food was average, but it was quiet that time, so we tried again. There was xmas parties on but seemed a lack of staff to deal with volume of clients. Also it was freezing cold. Not sure why, though we did ask. They said air conditioning was off. Won’t be back
