Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was great. Ambiance was great. Both Dry Aged New York Bone-in Steaks had much toughness. Couldn’t chew most of it. Only a few bites could be finished.

    The food and service were great. Unfortunately we were seated at a small table for 2 in a crowded back room that was full of large parties. We would have preferred to have been in the main dining room which had plenty of available tables when we arrived. It would have made our experience much better.

    Calamari was very good however, the lobster salad left a lot to be desired. Lobster was mushy. Excellent staff.

    We come here frequently and have always had a great experience. Food and service are exceptional. The staff are kind and personal. And a very good value for a great lunch.
