Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. I ordered a steak med rare it was med well. I sent it back. Server said manager would be by the table. Never got another steak or was able to talk to the manager. The plate was so hot where it sat under the light and cooked the steak even longer. No flavor and dry. Mashed potatoes were great. Will not be going back. Will be calling them today.

The filets were not seasoned well. The ribeye was a better steak as far as the seasoning

Dinner was wonderful. We started the evening with a lobster & crab cake clam chowder. My wife had the NY strip steak, and I had the Filet with spinach in garlic confit. Cocktails were fabulous coffee and dessert finishes the evening

Usually, when we come here, we have Maxx as our server and he has fantastic. This time we had Kenny and he was just as sweet as Maxx. The food is always good. I love my lamb chops and me and my family will definitely be back.
