Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Seems weird to call it a value because it was not inexpensive but we have had similarly priced meals, and even more expensive, that were not nearly as good. This was the best meal we have had in a significant time, if not ever. It was incredible. And our server, Mark, made the night absolutely perfect!!!!

    The personal attention to service at this particular Capital Grille is outstanding. This is our go-to location for business meetings and when available, we are accommodated for privacy, they remember our dietary preferences. Outstanding in every detail.

    Unquestionably the best dining experience of my life. The staff pulled out all the stops for my girlfriend's and my anniversary. Compliments to the kitchen and service staff for both being top-of-the-line in their respective careers.

    Second time at this Capital Grille and twice now everything is excellent. The filet was super tender, the lobster tail was fresh — everything was delish.

    We decided to start a new tradition over thanksgiving and went in search of a restaurants that might be open on thanksgiving day. To our great delight found out that Capital Grille was open. The ambience was GREAT, cozy feels with great food aromas and plenty of space for all. The hostess team were all lovely and our waitress Larissa was on point with everything . I cant compliment the food enough, although our lobster bisque was more on the creamy side, it still tasted amazing. Highly recommend any day, but especially for a day like Thanksgiving No cooking needed No clean up needed after The perfect night

    Very vibrant scene at Capital Grille Milwaukee for Thanksgiving 2024. They offered a good looking turkey dinner but we all opted for lobster, scallops and salmon! It was great.
