Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     TCG never fails! We went for our anniversary and capital grille made it a great celebration with the food always being soo good and the service is great!

    Loved Capital Grill. Best restaurant in Louisville. Our Server was Nikki, she was very professional and very nice to us. She made sure everything was perfect. Very helpful about wine choice, meal choices. We had a wonderful meal & experience. We will definitely go back!

    Beet Salad was phenomenal. Steak au prove and flourless chocolate cake were both superb. My wife’s filet was tough and sub-par. Overall, it was very good.

    Tremendous dining experience. Particularly impressed with the attention to details from the staff and servers. Tristan was especially helpful. We have no complaints. Looking forward to dining there again, soon.

    Probably one of the best meals I’ve had. John was absolutely amazing with his wonderful service. Only reason I have 4 stars for value is because it was pretty expensive. And I tend to be a little cheap haha.

    This was our first visit to the Louisville location. Overall it was very good. We had a minor issue with the food, but our server and the manager took care of it very quickly. Michael was excellent and I would recommend anyone ask to be at one of his tables.
