Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Tremendous dining experience. Particularly impressed with the attention to details from the staff and servers. Tristan was especially helpful. We have no complaints. Looking forward to dining there again, soon.

    Probably one of the best meals I’ve had. John was absolutely amazing with his wonderful service. Only reason I have 4 stars for value is because it was pretty expensive. And I tend to be a little cheap haha.

    This was our first visit to the Louisville location. Overall it was very good. We had a minor issue with the food, but our server and the manager took care of it very quickly. Michael was excellent and I would recommend anyone ask to be at one of his tables.

    Slightly disappointed in the entrees for what I expected of the highly touted restaurant. My salmon could have used more flavoring and I’ve had much tastier salmon at other restaurants. My husband’s steak lacked seasoning and the lobster was served without drawn butter. Their basket of pre dinner rolls were amazing! Our waitress was awesome and friendly and provided great service. The interior was upscale, but the food was just okay. For the price point, I expected more.

    This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Food was delicious and the staff was great. Tristan was our server and he was the absolute best, very informative and tended to our every need!! 10/10 recommend!!!

    This is my favorite restaurant in Louisville ! The service is exceptional with everyone from the front welcome staff to the servers and managers making your experience enjoyable! Our dinner was delicious as always!
