Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Always an outstanding experience from the warm greeting by the hostess, friendly bartenders, accommodating managers, to the excellent waitstaff and food. This is a favorite spot for dinner before or after Kings games.

Our server, McKayla, was excellent. Truly, amazing service from start to finish. As per usual, the service and food was amazing. Will be returning.

An amazing experience from start to finish. All the elements of the dining room, ambience, food, and gracious service came together for our dinner in a seemingly effortless way, which resulted in a memorable meal. Staff were gracious and professional, but not stuffy. Service was top-notch and earns five stars. We had a party of five and ordered four starters to share, and all were delicious. I thought the quality of the ahi in the tuna tartar was especially good. All our dry-aged steaks came out grilled medium rare as ordered-kudos to the kitchen staff. Staff were gracious and professional, but not stuffy. Service was top-notch and earns five stars. This dining room, is a little brighter and more contemporary than the CGs I've been to in Costa Mesa, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and feels less clubby. It's still very elegant, comfortable, and understated, and very much 'on brand' for a Capital Grille in an LA sort of way. I love the open kitchen behind glass.

Always consistent, always delicious and this location is one of my favorites. We spend every Thanksgiving with them and they never disappoint. Our son even went to the wrong location and they were nice to hold our reservations for us. The steaks, the chicken risotto, the appetizers and dessert were yummy and very consistent to the level of amazing food we know and love, even on a busy holiday. Shout out to Anthony the bartender who was busy but found time to say hello and wish us a happy anniversary. Great sidecar! Never sleep on the Capital Grill, great meal and folks.

Very Good experience. At time for my reservation. Good service, excellent quality for price. Was a good surprise then write “Happy Anniversary “ on desert, thanks and I be back.
