Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The food and service were lovely. Restaurant Week is much less of a bargain than it used to be. But, the increase in side dishes and dinners is appreciated.

    Our dinners were delicious. My husband got the lamb chops and I ordered the fillet. Both cooked to perfection. Get the lobster bisque soup, it was the beat . Our server was great. Staff is super friendly.

    As usual, everything was perfect. The food, the service, the sensitivity to the customer is impeccable. We always choose Capital Grille for our special celebration because of this. My young granddaughters, ages 4 and 9 love the place and are always made to feel special. David Jaye, our server was professional, knowledgeable, and acutely aware of anything we could have needed.

    We enjoyed our wonderful visit at the Capitol Grille. Our server Tony was excellent, so was the additional staff. Our food was exceptional. Thank you for making our special dinner so enjoyable.
