Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Very good service from Nathaniel. We were celebrating our anniversary and our table came appropriately decorated and with a long stem rose for my wife.

    Love the Capital Grill. The food is always good. I am gluten-free and dairy-free. They can accommodate. We actually had bread. I did switch from my favorite ribeye to theb14 oz NY strip. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Cooked perfectly at medium rare. The spinach was great. The beet salad was just ok. The vinegarette, lettuce, and pistachios- great. The beets lacked flavor, so I hope they change the recipe. All in all, it's still a 5-star experience. Our waiter, Jerry, was amazing. He picked a great wine for us.

    Our server Raphael was wonderful. We received special treatment for our anniversary. The noise level was quiet when we were there late afternoon with fewer guests.

    It was my first time and I had a really pleasant experience. Food was extraordinary, service was good, a little bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it. 100% recommend
