Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We came for the Wagyu and Wine Experience and it was amazing! Our server Mike was outstanding and gave perfect recommendations. It was our first time and we can’t wait to go back to explore more of the menu!

    It was a wonderful evening for my boyfriend’s birthday which I put on the reservation. Capital Grille decorated the table, wrote a card out to him and then brought out a special Happy Birthday dessert which we were not expecting. We both ordered the specials that tasted excellent and got them cooked to a temperature at the recommendation of our waitress who didn’t rush us one bit through our experience. For a special occasion, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and location.

    Lovely evening, good company, nice table not too noisy easy to converse. Excellent wait staff, not rushed good food good suggestions.
