Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     What a great experience for Dine Out Boston. Everything was delicious, from salad to dessert. Can't remember when I last had a steak that good. Excellent service from Heather and Olivia was a lovely hostess.

    When we have a special occasion to celebrate, Capital Grille is our go to. We love the Dedham location especially. The dining room is large but very comfortable. We love the special touches when they know you have a special occasion. The staff is charming and efficient. Can’t wait to go back.

    We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s marriage. The food was the delicious, and the service was superb. Our waitress went out of her way to make my son and his partner feel special and to make their day even more special. Thank you!

    We had Adrian as a server, definitely request him. The service we above and beyond what we’ve had in a while. Went to celebrate a special occasion for our daughter and he made the night even more special. Truly the best service we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. Ask for Adrian, he won’t disappoint. Thank you for great service.
