Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We enjoyed a delightful birthday luncheon. Josephine, our server went above and beyond to provide excellent service and attention. We appreciated the birthday desserts. It's the little things like this that will make us repeat patrons. Thank you!

    Went for a birthday dinner. Everything was delicious and cooked to our liking. Pak our server was lovely as well! We will be back.

    Spent our 10th Christmas Eve at Capital Grille, this was our first time at the Legacy Place location.Staff were all excellent,including the 3 hostesses who were all smiles & kindly offered to take our family photo.Manager came by to introduce himself & make sure all was good.Food was 10/10 as usual.Fried Calamari, Wedge Salad,Filet Mignon,Grilled Asparagus,Mushrooms & Coconut Cream Pie for dessert!loved this location... larger & more open atmosphere, yet still intimate.Will definitely be back!:)

    Disappointed again! Been going to The Capital Grille for the past 20 yrs for our treat before Christmas. For the last several years we have been disappointed in the quality of the food and the modifications we have had to make after the food was served. Last night my wife asked for medium for her steak. It came out rare. We sent it back and they just reheated it medium. My Sea Bass was luke warm when it arrived at the table If I sent it back, they would have reheated it and it would have been over cooked. This is the last time we will do our treat dinner before Christmas at Capital Grille
