   Capital Grille is great. We used to visit the location in Miami, which is legendary—so we had high expectations on our first visit to the Columbus location. We loved it. The hosts were professional. The service from Antonio was stellar. The bacon app was delicious. We loved our sides—truffle fries, creamed corn, mashed potatoes—they were delicious, fresh and not greasy. So many local steakhouses offer heavy, oily,salty sides but Capital Grille prepares food well. The 10oz filets were flavorful. The sea bass was sublime and the bone in ribeye (without porcini crust) was the best we’ve had in town. Sauces were flavorful, light and Not salty like those at the other places. The Caesar salad was good but not as crisp as we’d like. The bread basket was nice/-there is charge for bread like other places. We dined in the boardroom which has several tables off the main dining room. The music and noise level allowed for easy conversation at our table for six. There is a coat check —be sure to ask, One shouldn’t have to sit on a coat when fine dining. I hope Cap Grille maintains these standards!

   The Capital Grill is a nostalgic upscale steak house. The menu is creative and not overwhelming. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. First class food and service.

   Our food was amazing as always at any Capital Grille we have ever ate at. Juan our server was outstanding making suggestions for the table. Steaks were cooked perfectly, the Korean bbq bacon is delicious, and crab topper outstanding. We can’t wait to come back. We were celebrating a birthday and they were kind and brought out a sample dessert tray🩷

   What a great restaurant. In my opinion Columbus lacks - supper club or higher mid scale restaurants that are not all about packing people in like sardines to max revenue. Loved the ambiance and music playing low in background. Loved that many people dressed to the location, slacks, nice shirts or better. Only saw one hoodie and one Tshirt. Those are fine I just like when I feel like I am enjoying a special event. Server was fantastic, professional and helpful. Knew the menu and options. Timely delivery and service. I did not feel the food we chose matched up - lots of variety on menu however so may not go across board. I know better than to order small filets as they often came from the tail - higher end restaurants typically do not serve the tails however. We ordered the seared filet and lobster - 6 ounces of filet, 5 in two small tails. We ordered steaks medium they came medium rare. Didn’t return as hard to bump up that little without overcooking so we kept. Two small lobster tails each. One of the 4 was undercooked. It was my wife’s - I gave her one of mine. Again didn’t send back because of food timing etc. flavor of steak and lobster both great. Steak a little chewy versus typical experience as a result of it being 2 small pieces off the tail. Over food had good flavor profile just preparation was not on target. Great choices for shareable sides - we chose asparagus and augratin potato. Both very good. We will go again and try other choices as other than the cooking time we probably go what we ordered. Again loved the over all atmosphere and service.

   Terrific meal yet most wonderful service. And the anniversary roses, champagne, and incredible Creme Brule. Our best decision for a most wonderful anniversary dinner.

   If you enjoy seafood you will enjoy Capital Grille! Not only is the crab appetizer to die for the portions you'll receive are great value. The service was top notch and the ambience a little sleepy which was just what we were looking for!

   There were 4 of us dining for a birthday celebration. John was our server and we had excellent service and a fantastic meal. We will look forward to our next visit!

   Juan took really great care of us. Everything was absolutely amazing! We split the best appetizer, lobster crab cake. It was wonderful! Would make a great entrée. My filet mignon was on point. I’ve been to the Chicago and Vegas locations. Definitely an asset to Columbus!

   This was our first time at the new Capital Grille and we were thrilled. The dining room is gorgeous, you can see right into the kitchen but it is behind glass, adding to the intrigue. Service was excellent, attentive, not rushed at all. They had a great lunch special of soup or salad plus a choice of 3 entrees. The bread was luscious. We started with a very rich and cheesy French onion soup, and both of us chose the seared salmon with Mediterranean couscous, asparagus and heirloom tomatoes. All prepared just right and tasted great.
