Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     First time dining and it was outstanding. We went for our anniversary and the staff made us feel so special . The ambience, service, and food were amazing! Will definitely go back again.

    The food, service and ambience has been excellent each time I have dined here. The service was slightly lacking this time. The server seemed a little stressed and hurried and kept forgetting to bring requested items a number of times. I assumed it was due to the busy Mother’s Day crowd. Otherwise, my overall experience was excellent as usual.

    Our experience on Mother’s Day at the Capital Grill was top notch! Our server Juan was spectacular and the food was AMAZING! The entire staff was extremely kind and friendly! That was my 2nd time dining there and my experience has been consistently phenomenal. Thank you Capital Grille!
