Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Never disappoints!! Lobster Bisque is the best in town and so is the lobster crabcake. Steak was cooked to perfection and Birthday dessert was a very nice surprise!

    I had an important business dinner and everything was magnificent, service, food, ambience. Incredible place with professional and knowledgable staff. I will definitely go back and I recommend it to everyone.

    We let them know on our reservation that there was a birthday at our table and they made it so special. From the birthday card on the table, to the confetti on the table cloth, our guest felt so important! We arrived after our guest and were so pleased when we sat down and saw all they had done before we got there. One of our guests said it was the best steak and dining experience they had ever had. Thank you!

    Had an amazing lunch celebrating my dear friend. Dee and Kris were an amazing tag team. I've sat with both of them before...they always provide amazing, consistent service.

    Enjoyed our experience overall. Only issue out of the last two visits was last week our lobster was mushy on the lobster Mac and Cheese so they replaced it. They treated us very well.
