I have been to the camp on many occasions and have enjoyed every experience. However, to be charged for what was given to us last night was terrible. We were given a small round table a heater that barely worked and we weren’t even close to the stage. People that walked in with no reservations were warmer and more comfortable than we were needless to say we left within an hour.

Miracle reservations. We reserved an 'igloo' with the family, friends and their family. It was SO much fun! Our server and hostess were great. Polite, funny, friendly and very helpful! We have enjoyed The Camp as adults and were very excited to make it a family outing for a unique holiday event- worth it!!! Cookies, charcuterie, champagne, espresso martinis and good food. Atmosphere was clean and festive, our kids were welcome to walk around (littles with us)and the set up so it was so comfortable. Thank you!!

We always have a great time at the Camp. All staff was bubbly, helpful, and amazing. I do think the drinks could stand to be $3 to $4 cheaper given the size of them, but they're always delicious.

A little rough. Lot's of free shots if that's what you are into. Went to play Bingo and there wasn't even a complete Bingo set... Unprepared.

We were disappointed with the igloo experience at The Camp for New Year's Eve. We paid an extra $10 per person to have an igloo with a heater and upon arrival we were told sorry, there's no heater in your igloo only due to an electrical issue. But other people had heaters and no concession was made for us. We just had to deal with being cold because we dressed assuming there would be a heater. The food was subpar and cold. Nachos were a soggy mess since they didn't put the chips to the side. Chili was cold on the nachos. We never had a waitress until we had to track one down even though that was supposed to be part of our experience and the extra money paid. When we did get a waitress she was good but never did anything about our heater. She also said she would try to get us more blankets but never did. The igloos were so far from the stage that we were bored. No TV or anything there to do. We wished that we didn't pay the extra fee for the igloo. If The Camp is going to advertise heaters, waitresses, etc in a reserved spot then they need to be sure those things are in place or offer a partial refund. Also, I feel like the music for New Year's Eve should be a bit more tailored to a wide variety and more young and hip for the venue. I will say the balloon drop was fun even though it didn't go quite as they planned and took awhile to get to to drop. Overall, this could be a much better experience with better management and service. I would pay a lot more to bring my extended family if I was confident the experience would be worth the price.

Our server was nice, but not very attentive. I think they were short staffed. We had to wait 20 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated because the "Rudolph Room" had to be closed out with previous patrons. Drinks were SUPER slow to arrive, expensive, and not very good. I ordered hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps. It was tepid, wasn't stirred, actually way too much schnapps. The heater was on, but barely put out any heat. Despite these let downs, we still had a great time because it's Christmas! The decor was festive, Buddy The Elf made a surprise appearance, and the trivia was super fun. If The Camp can iron out the issues with the service, management, drinks, and heaters, it could be amazing because the concept and environment are exceptional.

Got to the camp & they said I did not have a reservation which I showed them my open table reservation but still did not have a room for our Christmas party. They did give a free drink which was awful. Needless to say we all left & had to go find somewhere to eat!

Cute for pictures but not worth paying for a reservation at all. We paid for one of the experiences which was a freezing room with no direct heat source. We were supposed to have a server and were told they’d be with us shortly but no one ever came so we ordered from the bar. When we let the bar know for the 3rd time (after an hour of waiting) they said they’d be with us shortly. We later learned they were understaffed which is understandable but no one felt the need to inform us of until at the end of 2 hours with no server, when we asked for a refund. They informed me they would refund me the reservation fee but never did. The place is cute but cocktails are expensive, subpar, and not worth paying for the experience. Used to be a lot of fun to go, we had high hopes since they expanded, but so far has been disappointing each time.
