   Celebrated my birthday here and nachos are a no go! Also, even when you tell them and show that it is your birthday, they tell you they don't do anything for birthdays. No free drink or dessert. No happy birthday wishes. Disappointed.

   Waiter was excellent. Nachos were cold when we got them. Friends French fries tasted like they were old and cooked in old grease. Cookies were over cooked and hard.

   We have never had a bad meal or experience at Brews Brothers. We travel about 40 minutes to come and never regret it.

   Waiter was outstanding. The 6 oz filet was excellent. Hope they make that a regular item.

   We reserved a high top table and the did not put us at a high top. Waitress was not that attentive. Didn’t bring everything we ordered for our order. Only came back one time to see if we needed anything. Was not impressed with our food. Broccoli cheddar soup was scorched and very very thick! Chicken sandwich tased like old grease. Very not impressed. We usually have amazing service and amazing food.

   We went on Saturday evening and the place was super packed but they still got us in with our reservation through Open Table. Food took just a bit longer but totally understandable with the crowd. Even with all that, dinner was amazing as always.

   Our food was cold and service was very very slow. I ordered a chicken strip wrap and it had a very small amount of chicken in it, not enough for a little in each bite. Our French fries were cold, pizza was luke warm, shrimp was over seasoned, and my daughter's chicken was luke warm. Drinks would sit at the bar for quite a while before brought. Our waitress rarely came to our table to check our drinks. When she asked how our food was and we said it was cold/lacking, the only response she has was "that's how it is sometimes." She offered to get fresh fries but we would have been done with the rest of our food before they came out, no other offer to fix anything.
