   This was our second time to The Bistro. We were in Jackson a year ago and remembered how wonderful it was and wanted to return. We will always dine at the Bistro when we visit Jackson.

   The service was really good, it was my birthday and the server (Bryan) was very detailed with everything. I was not sure what to order and the server recommended me a dish and it was just really amazing. I’m really thankful with service and the taste of food

   Great food and excellent service. The biggest issue we had was the smoke coming from the kitchen. It got so bad that they had to open a door to ventilate the restaurant. The kitchen has windows so you can see in and it was smoky the whole time. I think they need to address the ventilation issue as many others were noticing it too. Otherwise this was a very nice experience and is a great addition to the Jackson restaurant scene.

   It was our anniversary and we were comped 2 glasses of champagne which was so nice . Food and service are always great and so dependable . It’s just loud.

   The food was overall very vgood. The chicken and trout were the best. The oysters not so good. Service was mediocre but in part due to the awkward take location in the lobby of the hotel next door. The hotel table was the worst part of the experience as it was separated from the restaurant and had random folks standing around. I've eaten here many times and it was great, but i highly recommend the restaurant do away with the cloudveil lobby tables. The extra revenue can't be worth the poor experiences for a place seeking elevated status.
