   The Bistro Bel Air staff greeted us warmly and expertise (special thanks to Lucie for the service). The dishes prepared by Leo and Mike are well-though-out and exceptional; signs of know-how and jobs well done. Special mention to the demi-glace accompanying the steak-frites. In sum a culinary experience worth the detour.

   A very interesting experience in the dome. The food was extremely good although priced accordingly. Menu items were commensurate with the atmosphere and 5 star grading. I took the Thursday special however which IS amazing value considering the quality and presentation. My wife took the Maigret of Duck which was also very tasty with delicious potatoes and sauce done very differently using the crispy duck skin. The only thing I would say was for the portion given (which was very good) there could have been a few more vegetables to help soak up the amazing gravy. Overall it was absolutely great. Unfortunately its probably just a once a year visit for me as my budget was blown.. the overall price being twice what I would normally pay at a restaurant, but thats my situation of course.

   Cute decor and atmosphere - the menu is short and simple, the portions are huge - the service is friendly but they are busy. The capacity is limited so reservations are recommended.

   Wow, une belle découverte! Nous ne somme pas du coin et cela nous donnera une bonne raison d’y retourner. Nous avons très bien été accueilli, notre serveuse très aimable et que dire la nourriture! Succulent et réconfortant! Bel ambiance cozy et chaleureuse. Mention spéciale au chef qui est venu nous saluer avec sa bonne humeur! Merci encore pour ce magnifique service!

   We were a party of 11 and had an underwhelming experience. Most of our selections that we attempted to order were out, considering the fact that we had to have credit card on file for this reservation. The ribeye was too charred to be enjoyed as shared by all of the guests at the table that order it (3). I had the lamb chops and while I have nothing to compare it to - as this was my first time having lamb chops, I enjoyed it. The chicken dish was good as well as the fries that came with that meal. We tried ordering different cocktails or beverages only to our dismay, many of the ingredients or spirits needed to make the drink they were out of. The service was sub-par. I didn’t enjoy the experience mainly because of the service. We had to remind our server several times of things we ordered throughout the experience. I did not enjoy my experience and I would not recommend.

    We were forced into a fixed menu even though it was not explicit in the reservation or online, reservation was for the dome but they would not sit us out there, and the cocktails were the worst tasting cocktails I’ve ever had. The food was quite good though. We would not return due to the poor service.
