   Service was very slow 30 minutes just to get water. Ordered the wings special and it wasn’t even wings more like chicken nuggets. Not impressed.

   Absolutely wonderful experience! Our server, Jennifer, has waited on us before and she always does an amazing job. The food was wonderful and the ambience made the experience ever better. I highly recommend this place!!!

   My Red Hat sisters were disappointed in the menu.. No steaks to speak but filet. No bar bq. This was the first time we have been dissatisfied with our meal.. pretty much we all ate Burgers. Service was excellent. Just menu was not. This was our 20th year and we chose to come there from Mount Airy instead of going somewhere else! Disappointed is the word!!

   The food is always great. However, the lack of consistent service is a big factor in wanting to come back. During this visit, we received our water and ordered a coke. None of us were offered a refill until we were done with our meal. At least 30 minutes. We were seated in the first dining room. I saw people outside and in the second dining room. If the waitresses can not get around and check in all tables and do simple refills/new drinks, sit people in one room. In past visits, we ordered appetizers and did not receive them or received them at the time of our meal. I also believe you need bread service. Rolls, cornbread, crackers, something. Sometimes, it has taken 45 min or more to get our food. That is a long time to wait.

   Food was wonderful but waited over an hour for our food. One waitress for the whole building but they give our birthday person a free dessert for their birthday.

   Amazing food with an amazing view! Best service from the staff! Drove an hour to get to the restaurant and 100% worth it!
