Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

Terrible food. Nowhere near the standard set by all of Jose’s other restaurants (jaleo, zaytinya, oyamel, china chilcano). Salt isn’t a flavor profile

We love it. We start with a SakeSangria. The margarita and both were very good. The tuna empanadas were excellent. The Croquetas as good as all of his other restaurants. My wife love the octopus with potatoes. The limo Iberico was very tender and the skirt steak one of the greatest that we have taste.

Very cosy décoration. Expensive but food, in very small portions, is excellent. Service is below average: had to ask to order had to ask for desert and had to ask for the check.

A vibrant restaurant with equally vibrant flavors. Our party of three enjoyed the menu tapas-style so we could try a selection of intriguing menu items in each section. Service - from greeting to check out - was outstanding.
