Overall, 3 Stars. The most disappointing aspect of our experience was the confusion on booking our visit. On the main page of their website there are two main options to click on: "RESERVE A TABLE" and "Reserve A HITTRAX BAY." I clicked on "RESERVE A HITTRAX BAY," and it led me to a screen where the first option to click on has times and dates available and reads "Make A Reservation." Below that on the screen are options for "Experiences," without any times listed to reserve. So, since I originally had clicked on "RESERVE A HITTRAX BAY," I assumed the times I was choosing from in the "Make A Reservation" section is what I needed. My son and I were extremely disappointed when we were notified when we drove an hour to the restaurant, that we had only reserved a table for dinner and all of the HITTRAX bays were taken up for the night. Open Table or The Ballpark needs to correct this booking confusion. As for the rest of our experience, the burgers were really good! The San Francisco Garlic Fries were pretty good too. Our server wasn't quite as attentive as we'd like, as she didn't check back with us until we were done eating. So, we ate a portion of our meals without drinks. My son and I had the ice cream cup helmets for "nostalgia" sake. We were kind of hoping to bring home a "The Ballpark" mini helmet for a souvenir, but the helmets were plain and we weren't sure if we were supposed to bring them home anyhow, so we didn't. Since we were not able to used the hitting bays, there was lots of other options, ie pool table and other games available. We were disappointed that there wasn't a single baseball game on any of the dozens of screens. There was basketball (I understand that March Madness is popular) and hockey, but at the time, four MLB games were going on, but none being played at The Ballpark. Now that we know how to book a HITTRAX Experience, we will likely give The Ballpark another visit. For now though, 3 Stars for our experience.

Server was very attentive and genuine. Please put salt and pepper on table . Ex: my husband has to have salt on his food per dr . And I only use pepper. Thank you.

The baseball simulators are fun for adults and kids. We book two lanes for one hour, had great service for food and drinks! Old fashions were great, filling your own beer was even better. Our group got pizzas, burgers, fries and lettuce wraps and the food didn't disappoint! Would highly recommend for a family night or or fun with friends!

The service was ok. Had a few things that took longer than it should have but things like that happen now and then. Server was nice just was not around as much. That could be due to the layout or if they had other tables not close by. The HitTrac attendant was awesome. He was right on it when the hopper was empty and did a great job explaining everything before we started. Certainly will be coming back we all had a blast.

Service extremely slow, had to go seek service at the bar because no one greeted us after 25 minutes. Many people came and left because of this, and it wasn’t even busy!

We love the batting cages but the food is mediocre. We've been a couple of times and each time left feeling like the food could have been much better.

The lettuce wraps had long pieces of Romain instead of bib lettuce. I had to just cut it up and eat it like a salad instead of a wrap. Otherwise the flavor was good. During the week it would be nice if the batting simulator was less expensive. I understand on weekends but that's a lot for 1 hour during the week.

It was great. We brought our grandkids ages 6 and 8 and they had a blast. We only scheduled 30 minutes, so next time we will do an hour so they get more time. It was very fun.
