   We enjoyed our time at Apparatus Room; the food and service were excellent. We had a mix of entrees, appetizers, and oysters. Everything was prepared with care and, more importantly, tasted great. The desserts were excellent too, especially the basque cheesecake. We all agreed we’d love to go there again soon.

   Excellent food and service! It's extremely loud and very open seating. If you're looking for a relaxing, easy conversation experience, this is not the place. I'll definitely be back for the food (scallops were awesome)!

   This was a rare treat and I was really looking forward to it, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was amazing, paying attention to all the details, personable and professional staff. The food was outstanding. Unique, delicious, fresh and the mocktails were delicious. Loved!

   Came to the Apparatus room to celebrate my bday this year! Overall had a great time. We came with 8 people, we were there for 2 hours and it didn’t even feel like it. The food was amazing, I got the sourdough pancakes and breakfast potatoes, those potatoes were sooo crispy!! The espresso martinis are amazing and they gave us a bottle of champagne. The vibes of this place are absolutely the best. Definitely coming back very soon!

   There are better menus in Detroit and like our last trip it’s way too loud. Fine for a bar not so great for date night dining

   Loved everything about this place. Super sleek vibe with an amazing atmosphere — perfect for a girls night out. The food was delicious and beautifully done. Service was top-notch — super friendly and attentive without being over the top. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

   Very nice restaurant, lounge, hotel, and would certainly rate higher but waited a significantly long time for food. 2p reservation and did not seem slammed but I think there was an intermittent wave of customers plus the staff was short of help, as the manager/host lent a hand in helping his waitstaff seat people and deliver food to tables. The food, nonetheless, is great! Ambiance, lovely. Try the Gem Caesar! It’s surreally delicious.

    Everything was outstanding, made our friends anniversary amazing.  I don’t know what you all did with that cauliflower but I could have had 3 rounds of just that and been satisfied!
