   Me and my friend went here for my birthday, and it did not disappoint!! Everyone was so sweet and multiple employees came up to personally say happy birthday to me which meant so much. The vibe is EVERYTHING, it’s not too sophisticated and you can be yourself. The food, the music, the ambiance is amazing. 100% will be coming back!!

   Food was excellent. Our server, Selma, was very knowledgeable about the menu, food prep as well as the wine and drink suggestions. I loved that Selma suggested local purveyors.

   Absolutely incredible meal. Probably the best service I have ever had at a restaurant. The attention to detail from every staff member was amazing throughout our entire dining experience.

   We had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was excellent and helpful. We were hoping to be able to order your delicious smash burger but were told it is only available at the bar. The waitress was able to talk to management and we were able to order them.

   We booked 1/1/2025 2 months prior to the day and they seemed caught off guard by size of our party. They did their best and my honest guess is they had post NYE call offs. They did well overall and we do love the place took about 20 min after our reservation time to be seated. Tons of seating was empty but again I think it was likely a staffing issue. Ppl that were there were doing their best and friendly.

   This was my third time at The Apparatus Room and I was excited to introduce it to my husband. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve meal. Our server was wonderful and attentive and the food was spectacular with the added touch our server encouraging us to enjoy a non-alcoholic champagne toast since she knew we don't imbibe. The two previous times that I ate there It was very quiet with only a few people in the restaurant. As a result I half expected it to be similarly quiet which would have been fine, but the lively and festive New Year's Eve celebratory vibe added to the fun.

    Excellent food and service! We had the carrots salad, sourdough bread, halibut, and porkchop entrees with the potato side. All were incredibly good!
