   The Sunday Jazz Brunch was very nice. Beautiful venue and music. We were here for dinner once before and wanted to try the special brunch. Everything was very good with the exception of our waiter. First day? I don’t know but he was robotic and didn’t seem to listen or understand what we asked. He was very focused it seemed on turning over our table ASAP which was odd (not especially crowded) not to mention the antithesis of a relaxed (very pricey!) Sunday Brunch. Tip was included so I guess he wasn’t concerned. For $425 for three people he kinda stuck in my craw :-/

   Unique experience for their monthly brunch. We enjoyed live jazz music and a themed New Orleans menu. The family style sides /starters were plentiful and honestly better than the entrees. It is a bit pricey for the experience but was fun to celebrate a birthday.

   This is our first experience with this brunch/regional format. We have always very much enjoyed their stable dinner offerings. We don’t think this New Orleans fixed menu/pricing approach worked. The food was “ok”, the ambience noisy, and we are hoping that this was an experiment, rather than signaling a change in the dining experience going forward. We do not think that we will attend another brunch at Americano. We are happy with the dinner approach and will continue to patronize this without change.

   The jazz brunch was a fun time. The band was really enjoyable and a nice addition. The food was great and our server David was a great guy and helped make our brunch even better. A special occasion by the Americano and they did a wonderful job.

   Our seating arrangement was excellent ( square top table in center of dining room), the jazz band was excellent, Main server (Gavin) was terrific and very personable. Our brunch experience was very nice.

   Exceptional food and service from start to finish. We actually extended the evening and went to the speakeasy afterwards and had an experience that was unforgettable...great food, drinks and ambience...live music was fantastic

   An absolutely fantastic dining experience! The atmosphere is vibrant, energetic, and effortlessly stylish--perfect for a night out. Reservations are a must, as this place is clearly a hotspot. Convenient parking and valet service make arrival seamless. Our waiter was exceptional--genuinely enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. His recommendations truly enhanced our meal. Now, let's talk about the food--simply outstanding. The filet was melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked flawlessly to our preference. The shrimp cocktail, featuring six plump, ultra-fresh jumbo shrimp for $35, was well worth it. And the truffle mac & cheese? Absolute perfection--rich, gooey, and indulgent without being overpoweringly truffley. For the quality and experience, the price point is more than reasonable. I'm already looking forward to returning to explore their pasta dishes and try a new appetizer. Highly recommend!

   In a word, disappointing. Americano’s has been our favorite restaurant in the Scottsdale area for years. Last night our entrees were sub par. Management made a half-hearted attempt to make amends but it fell short. It’ll probably be a while before we return.

    This is second time at Americano. First visit was very nice. We were invited to see the Speakeasy which we did and we decided to bring back clients. We made reservations on Open Table. Did not notice we should make separate reservations for the Speakeasy. We arrived at the restaurant on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 5:30pm with our clients. We were seated. Waitress was very nice but very slow. Food was not same as first visit: Short ribs were mushy, pasta pasty. Salads great! Then we get the word from a nasty, arrogant guy that he didn't know if we could go to the Speakeasy for dessert and drinks as they had reservations and no availability. We spent almost $2000 for dinner and drinks. We made a reservation on Open Table. But, in watching the process of people taken down to the Speakeasy it became apparent we were probably not the right demographic - even though we were spending a lot of money for food/drinks. We didn't get to have dessert and drinks in the Speakeasy. Our waitress did give us dessert on the house. We were there for over 2.5 hours and we felt we were treated like "undesirables". We won't return. It was a humiliating experience. l
