   My friends and I had a girls night out dinner. We started with cocktails in the Winter Chalet. Then we enjoyed apps, dinner, and dessert at the Americano. The Service was outstanding. Most of us ordered pasta(delicious) and ordered the campfire espresso (yum). We also shared a couple desserts. We will return.

   We had dined here a couple years ago while in town and we were excited to come back. It was a 180 from the service and food we’d enjoyed last time. Our server (who looked and acted like a bored teenager) wasn’t able to explain the flavor profiles of any of the cocktails, seemed very irritated we were asking about the drinks and food and literally walked away while I was thanking her for the (scattered) information she was bored to provide. And when the cocktail arrived it tasted like it was mixed by an overzealous 21 year old. And the Drunken Wifey used to come with a cute little napkin. Not this time. Midway through our meal a lady started screaming bloody murder at the top of her lungs in the upper level grinding all movements and talk in the restaurant to a halt. All patrons were looking at each other trying to figure out why this person kept shrieking. Valets and employees from the hotel came running in the restaurant. After a few minutes she stopped shrieking. When we asked a server what was going on she just shrugged. You’d think a manager would come by all the tables and apologize and explain the disturbance, but that never happened. Our server barely checked on our table and in fact another server noticed we were looking around for assistance and they came over and refilled my husband’s drink order. The calamari was so greasy this time. The scallops were good. The rest of the food was just okay. Overall a really disappointing experience. The server truly just killed the meal along with the weird screaming. We won’t be back.

   My husband and I had an incredibly thoughtful birthday celebration at The Americano. Everyone went above and beyond to make our dinner special. Upon being seated, our table was tastefully decorated with rose petals & a warmly greeted by our waiter. He gifted us a champagne toast & a delicious pair of rice balls to celebrate the occasion. We decide to split a couple items for dinner, starting with the Ceaser salad & meatballs. The Ceaser salad was special, there was a spicy crunch that made each bite flavorful. We shared the half chicken & charred broccolini as our main. The half chicken stole the show- it was perfectly prepared. My husband was tempted to ask for the recipe of the sauce. It was incredibly delicious! To say the least, the Americano dinner experience is 5 stars without a doubt.

   Absolutely beautiful and the service is amazing and attentive by every staff Member you come across. The drinks magnificent and my favorite the Mediterranean octopus and baked Macaroni delicious.

   The Americano provided an exceptional dining experience that was nothing short of perfection. The ambiance struck a harmonious balance between sophistication and comfort, creating an atmosphere ideal for an evening with friends. The food was simply outstanding. I ordered the filet, which was flawlessly cooked and beautifully presented. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the attention to detail was impeccable. We finished the meal with desserts that were perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just pure indulgence. Their cappuccino was another standout, rich and smooth, and the perfect end to the evening. What truly set this experience apart was the service. Our server, Kat, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly friendly. She ensured that every aspect of our meal was seamless. We also requested mocktails, and the staff went above and beyond, crafting unique, delicious drinks that were both creative and refreshing. The timing of the meal was spot-on, with each course arriving at the perfect pace, allowing us to relax and savor the experience. Everything about The Americano reflects a commitment to excellence.    We experienced the winter chalet. We loved the seating options and the cocktails (especially the espresso martini) were great and we also ordered the sliders and the gnocchi was amazing too.

   I dined here on NYE for my anniversary. I expected it to be busy but not this unorganized. We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. While waiting we sat at the bar. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed because the bartenders were extremely overwhelmed which cause the service to lack attentiveness. The cocktails were ok. Didn’t seem to have a balance of flavors(heavy on a lot of the bitters), I assume because they were rushed. Once seated our server was great! She was very polite and attentive. We got our food in a timely manner. Once the food arrived the main courses were good. The sides were lack luster. The macaroni was dry and the broccolini under seasoned. Because we sat down so late we had to rush to reach another event, we couldn’t order an actual dessert but our waiter managed to gave us something small for our anniversary. It was really cute and read “One year down, forever to go!”. Lastly and probably the most upsetting part is upon reaching my hotel I realized the amount of food left on our plates has not reach our to go containers. Honestly appeared to be around half of what we had left made it there. Very upsetting for my post NYE 3am snack. We were Assisi required to pay a deposit to make a reservation that was not applied to our bill. Not that much but all together my experience was not great. Would not recommend to anyone.

   Calamari sauce was really good and made the dish and the Bolognese was good. The prime ribeye was heavily salted and even after it was re-cooked, still cam back tasting of salt. The Espresso martini and tiramisu were both just okay. Customer service was excellent. Overall, I'm glad to have experienced the restaurant but would only return if someone else wanted to try it out.
