   Went on a Saturday for lunch, restaurant was not crowded Seated next to a table of 8 women who were celebrating it got very loud The hostess should have seated us away from a large group to begin with there were plenty of tables available Waiter came by once before all of our guests had arrived Had to ask someone to get our waiter once everyone had arthritis , no coffee was available yet the other table was served a coffee press later Ordered focaccia it arrived and about 10 minutes later the olive oil dipping sauce arrived by that time the focaccia was eaten Also ordered the squash blossoms to be shared they came after the main meal served A few guests order cocktails and it took about 15 to get served Took about 35 minutes to get food basically salads and a couple sandwiches When meal arrived the hamburger was room temp as were the fries One guest asked for mayo it came after a second request Manager came over we shared our issues another focaccia was brought (at no charge) he said he’d talk to the kitchen took the hamburger off the bill but did not offer any other compensation said he would talk to the kitchen Not a pleasant experience don’t plan to go back, there are plenty of options at the mall to choose from.

   We went for a little girls date. Second visit. Jesse was our waiter and he was great. Very attentive and he split plates for us without being asked. We got the center cut filet, the chopped salad and gluten free cacio e pepe.

   Food is tasty and ambience is good but place doesn’t have a soul. Service was okay; friendly staff but they enjoy talking without being attentive. Not read the room. Prices are outrageous, there were $50 pastas on the menu!!!!

   I went yesterday for my husband Bday and I was impressed! The food is excellent and delicious but the service is top notch! One of the best services I ever had . Jesse was our server and I was impressed of how good and how fast it was. The manager made our experience incredibly good and you can tell he absolutely love what he does . He was helping everyone and making sure everyone was comfortable and served fast. Congrats to the staff you guys made the experience 100000/10000! Can’t wait to go back

   Place is beautiful and the ambience is amazing. However, they took 20 minutes for us to even get water on the table, let alone someone taking our order or offering drinks. Out of the 3 plates ordered 2 were average at best. The third one was amazing though. The experience and food did not match the ambience for sure.

   Hostess (didn't see her name) recommended the perfect table for our group of 4! George, our wait staff, was knowledgeable, pleasant, timely w/ delivering the bill, & available to meet all of our needs & answer our questions.

    Had a wonderful experience. It's a loud environment so maybe not the best place to take elderly, but the vibe is fun and energetic. Definitely a great spot!
