   Another successful date night at the Albion Rooms! We were excited to come back to try this weeks features and truly appreciate the new chefs creativity and skills! The Gochujang chicken wings were a standout dish. The texture was on point—crispy skin with juicy meat inside. Nicely glazed with gorgeous presentation. Nothing makes me happier than being served a dish that is almost to beautiful to eat. The 1871 burger had all the right elements. The patty was thick, smoky and juicy. Toppings were plentiful and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. It managed to be a hearty and satisfying meal while still providing gourmet taste. A big thanks to Warren, the Smoked Pineapple Express was next level. The perfect balance of smokiness, sweet and tart flavours. Loved the pinapple jerky, every detail of this cocktail was well thought out and executed with precision. Our server Nik was warm yet professional and ensured we had a memorable experience. It is obvious the staff here take pride in what they do. I can hardly wait until our next visit!

   We had a lovely date night here. Tried both feature dishes, the Bison and Scallops were perfectly cooked with a beautiful presentation. Server was very attentive. Thanks Albion! Will be back soon.

   Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Nice 3 course meal for 69$. Soup - excellent Turkey dinner. Nice portion, tasty Desert- ok Service was great, Nice room for a nice dinner

   This was a really unfortunate experience. Our server did the best she could, but the place is very clearly understaffed. It took 30 mins to get our drinks (two of which couldn’t be made due to limited ingredients) then an hour to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend to come here.

   Open Table was quick to change reservation as we needed an earlier time than we had booked. It was done in a matter of minutes, and showed up on servers phone.

   The location was very central and the hotel and restaurant had a very calm and relaxed feel. Everything was exceptionally delicious. The service was helpful and outstanding. We were there for a special occasion and we highly recommend it.

    Seared scallops looked great on the menu but the risotto was cold. No adjustment to the bill, but I was offered a complimentary dessert which I declined.
