   What a great place. Chicken main course was outstanding and wine list here is comprehensive with lots of interesting things to choose from. Great value too

   Restaurant had unfortunate computer issue the night we have our dinner reservation. They cancel all the reservation after us. The service was very slow and we waited a long time for food to come. But at the end the food quality did not disappoint.

   The food was mediocre at best. Prices way too high. Had read bad reviews, but didn't believe it. However, reviews were right, not good food. Got pork chop, was undercooked, inedible. Lobster bisque had three TINY pieces of lobster in bowl. Charcuteries Had a mound of prosciutto, a mound of salami. But only cheese was 5 pieces of an unknown white cheese, and a few shavings of parmesan. Looked like meat and cheese tray in an airport refrigerator. Bison tenderloin and hanger steak were ok. Nothing we were served was worth the price, not even close. Our server was great, but food delayed, over an hour to get entrees. In credibly disappointing, feel ripped off. Sadly we tried it twice, horrible both times.

   Kind of an annual event. Food is always good and drinks are fine. Not the cheapest dinner but proximity to the little cottonwood ski areas and the ambiance make it worth it.

   The food was terrible. It was so surprising, I expected a lot more of a “fine dining” place. The wine was really good (overpriced but good) but the food was almost inedible. We got the crudo appetizer and the fish was not fresh at all. Smelled fishy. I’m glad we didn’t get sick.

   The food was very expensive and frankly not that good. I think maybe there was not enough turnover so the food was not so fresh. Also. I ordered a glass of wine and they just gave me a glass, did not even pour out of the bottle for me.

   My mom and I have dined at the Aerie for a couple of nights during our vacation. Let me just say, Kristian is next level! Promote him!!! We had the luck of having him as our waiter and he was incredible. Everything you could want in a waiter: attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. On top of that he was quite funny! The food and ambience and view are amazing as always. Highly recommend the crudo for an appetizer and the half-chicken as an entree. Shoutout to Kristian and Santiago for being incredible and making our experience 10x better.

   What a top notch Christmas Eve buffet. Everything we ate was so delicious we wonder if we will ever go to a buffet again, or just let one sit as the best ever! How are you in Utah serving the best fresh seafood we’ve ever had? Duck with peppercorn sauce was also divine. So many lovely sides. Squash salad, Green bean almandine, and roasted maple veggies. I chose just the gingerbread pancotta of all the choices from dessert to leave feeling healthy and delighted. We comfortably lingered, with gracious server and staff promptly attending to all with smiles and great Christmas spirit!

   Amazing Christmas Eve buffet. Had a Mac and cheese station as well as a mashed potato station. Highly recommend.

    Loved it. Food was amazing. Staff was friendly. Great choice for a special Christmas Eve dinner with friends and family.
