    Chef Annie’s love for cooking started when she moved to the United States in 2012. She thinks about food all day; what it looks like, what it tastes like, and most of all, how it makes people feel connected and content. For Annie, cooking is a passion, a legacy, and a bridge. Cooking is a way for her to feel joy honoring her mother and her first home by serving the people in her new community. That is why Annie and her husband Ryan, a Rochester native, created ThaiPop. It is a labor of love to bring two homes and two worlds together in one place, to honor all who came before by serving all who gather today and tomorrow.

    Everything was wonderful. Food was amazing. I had the Brussels and noodles dish with tofu. Outstanding. Service was quick and friendly, atmosphere is wonderful. It was very busy but didn’t feel crowded. All of the plants made me feel better somehow. Excellent experience.

    Had a nice time, lots of interesting drinks and dishes. Would definitely try more items next time as there is a lot to try. Very busy when we were there so worth a second run when possible.

    My wife and I just went to Thai Pop for a date and we absolutely loved it! The Thai tea with coconut milk was AMAZING. My wife ordered a brussle sprout salad with noodles and pork belly, and I had the red curry with duck breast, pineapple, and cherry tomato. Both of our dishes were very good. The ambience is excellent. There are lots of plants inside. There's a speak easy in the basement that we'll want to try next time too! We will definitely be back!
