   We had the best experience at Texas de Brazil! Our waitress Adriana made us feel like the only guests! Service was excellent! I loved the salad bar! It’s decorated so beautifully and made our birthday celebration very special!

   This was by far the worst Texas de Brazil I have been to and I have been to most in Florida . The waiter did not relay that my son’s food needed to be well done and we kept getting meats that were rare and medium rare . One of the guys bringing the meat kept getting upset that we were turning it down. Our drinks took forever the meat then came either undercooked or over cooked I ordered fries for my son that never came. Once we were done we had to chase down a waiter (not ours) for the desert menu she also disappeared our waiter kept disappearing . It was truly a terrible experience especially for the price

   The last time we went to the sawgrass location, we said never again about two years ago. We tried again, and guess what, we will not return. The food was ok, but the servers with the meat could not be found. The food was ok, but not delicious. The salad bar was fair. Definitely not going back.

   They barely came around with meat. We were offered meat a total of 5 times after being there almost 2 hours

   We have dined at the sawgrass mall Texas de Brazil many many times, and today had to have been the worst service from a server in any of our times coming here. He did not once clear empty glasses, dirty plates, check on us without us having to ask, didn’t ask if we would want wine or desserts. It was by far the worst service, but food was great.

    We made a reservation and were quickly seated. The server was fine, not overly friendly and service was just okay. Food was good for the price paid. The only reason why I gave a low rating is because I originally made the reservation and put a birthday for my son. When the hostess called to confirm she asked again. When I checked in they asked again and then the server didn't even acknowledge it was his birthday. While I don't expect anything free at all, why ask if you aren't even going to acknowledge the event.
