   Decided to come here for my birthday, made sure to put that when selecting occasion thinking like most restaurants it would be acknowledged at some point but it was not, the first 20 minutes the food was flowing but I noticed there would be 10-15 minute downtimes with the circulations of meat, the sides came out cold I asked for new ones those came out cold as well, server spent more time talking to co-workers than actually checking my my family and I which became frustrating, can’t say I won’t be back to Texas de Brazil but can for sure say I highly doubt my family and I will return to this location.

   Excellent service they helped cater to our big party and even were willing to help as I called for the private room and made sure we were taken care of. They were as busy as I ever seen but still managed to bring all different cuts and even asked us what we would like or prefer so that was great, drinks were a bit slowed down meaning it took a while for refills but for a busy as they were still managed to take care of us. I would recommend this to anyone who is into trying new things and eat very good! Love this place!

   I made two reservations for two people each at exactly the same time, hoping that we could all sit together at one table, but I was told that was not possible. So, she checked us in and called us after 10 minutes, but only for the first reservation for two. Since we had our church pastor and his wife as our guests, we gave the first table to them. Meanwhile, she saw us standing in front of her. She called another couple for a table for two, and my husband heard it and thought it was for us. He was told that it wasn’t for us, and she asked for our reservation and only then checked us in. Then we waited for another 10 minutes, and I decided to talk to their manager. The manager told me that the other reservation was checked in later. I told the manager what happened, and she just said that there’s nothing she can do except to wait. Finally, we got seated after 15 minutes, far from our invited guests. And, for the meantime, the well-done meat came only very seldom. So, yes, it’s not worth paying so much money for less meat, long wait in spite of having reservations, not capable of accommodating guests, and slow service.

   Our server had a very dry personality. He rarely came around, & acted like we were bothering him when he did. I asked him if they had a kids menu, or anything for kids. His response was that kids are free. I am not really sure why he felt the need to say that. The meat selections came out frequently in the very beginning, but then stopped. There were periods of time when we waited a while before anyone showed up at our table. No meat, no server. No one!

   Great place to get Churrascaria. Great service from the staff. A must try if you like Brazilian BBQ

    Far too cold and loud. Large variety of items missing from the normal menu. Servers are taught to ignore those who are not ordering alcoholic beverages. Took 45min to get soda. Server was always just standing around chatting while 3 different tables needed assistance. Oxnard would of been better and so would of been Henderson. Rancho is a joke both of our last two times. If you are celebrating anything special and make a note of it, they will ignore it in Rancho. Slightly sad when comparing other locations
