   The hot bar food was lukewarm at best. The chicken wings and the pork loin were extremely dry. The flank steak and fillet steak was delicious.

   Our reservation was at 2pm on 12/13/24. We were the only guests there when we got there. The server was less then attentive. The ones who bring the meats to the table were not bringing the meats to the table and when they did, I would ask for medium rare, and they would bring well to well done. The mash potatoes were hard. The lady manager did come to our table, and I explained to her about the poor service we were receiving from the server. She was not picking up our dirty plates. I do want to say thank you about the Lobster Bisque soup that is always good. There were (4) of us, and we were disappointed in the quality of our food and the service was awful. My grandson doesn't eat beef, and we watched the meat person walking passed out table with the chicken several times. When it was time to pay, that the server seemed to act diffently. This was not the first time visiting this restaurant or the one in Tampa and Orlando. This had to be the worst service and food that we had received. I would like for a manager to contact me.    This was a great experience and my husband and I enjoyed a nice quiet dinner. Food was delicious.

   Overall great. Our only real complaint is that some of the cuts of meat, especially the fillets, were raw inside. We like medium rare to rare, but they missed the mark a couple of times. That being said, they came back a few minutes later with meat at exactly the right temperature.

   Thanksgiving dinner was a huge disapointment. The servers were hardly coming around even though I waved them down. They spent most of the time serving the tables in the middle of the restaurant and spent a lot of time serving the larger tables so by the time they came around to us there was nothing else to serve to our table of 6. The meat was overcooked and waitress was no where to be found. We usually go to Fogo de Chao for Thanksgiving but they were booked. It’s not like the restaurant was completely packed for them To not give us attention. We won’t be going back there again.

   Our server Brandy did a very nice job. Attentive and welcoming. The manager also stopped by to check on our meal. The meats were tasty and hot. And the medium rare lamb chops were perfect. Foods on the salad bar were fresh, cold and presented well.

   We went to Texas for a birthday celebration. The salad bar is nicely, presented, and kept full and clean. We felt like this was a rushed service for the price paid. It’s not a fine dining experience. It’s more of a casual experience with the buffet and the service of the meat, they come at you fast . The sides are average. You get three sides that are all star entries, mashed potatoes and fried plantains, which were very soggy they need a fresh vegetable as a side.  service was good and the meat was good. It is plentiful if you are a big meat eater

    Our company and food delivery people were great have had better service as far as a server. But we still had a great time
