Bringing the best of the Okanagan and the Southern Interior of British Columbia to your plate, in a warm and inviting space. Utilizing years of Michelin star level training, our chef and owner, Tristan Bunkowski, is celebrating the bounty of local products and delivering them with the utmost care and attention to detail.

At our farm-to-table restaurant, we're inspired by the local ingredients of the Southern Interior. We celebrate the produce of the Okanagan that allows us to offer unique and exciting culinary experiences. Our mission is to foster a sustainable food ecosystem, support local farmers, and provide a dining experience that embodies the relaxed rhythm and spirit of wine country.

Chef / Owner Tristan Bunkowski, lives to progress the experience of dining. With a locally-focused mindset, as well as a talent for hospitality, Tristan has spent the last decade of his career perfecting the art of cooking by travelling and tasting the cuisines of the world.

Chef Tristan never fails to impress. The location is a beautiful and very intimate setting. The food has always been and continues to be amazing. Wish it were open for longer so we can go again

Wonderful covered outdoor dinner - small, intimate setting overlooking the vineyards. Flavourful unique dishes. We shared the Seacuterie, Roasted Carrots, Bo SSam which is a Pulled Pork dish, and Fresh Tomatoes with Halloumi and Artichokes in Basil Pesto Sauce. Everything so fresh and accompanied by scrumptious wines. Highly recommend.

One of my absolute favourite spots in Penticton/Naramata! Every visit is phenomenal! Such a beautiful bistro amidst the grape vines, with a delicious menu that changes with the seasons, offering unique and mouthwatering dishes that we dream about for weeks after the fact. I promise this restaurant will become your new favourite spot!

It was awesome but our only comment would be that if you are doing a chef’s choice which we thought was like a multi course chef tasting that when you match it with wine that they only serve you a 2-3 ounce glass per course as opposed to a full 6 ounce glass.
