   Loved Date Night. We came early so we could enjoy the shop. Lots of unique items, and decorated beautifully for the Christmas Season. ANG was a great server, and the team around her while she was serving outside filled in exactly when needed. A GREAT First visit! Highly recommended. Order was in quickly, and everything was delicious.

   I’ve eaten here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. Today for the first time we rented a tent to have our holiday office lunch — so worth it! Nice warm stove, very cool vibe with fabulous food and service. Will definitely do this again!

   Every item we ordered at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday was unavailable. Service was terrible. Food was cold. Never refilled drinks. Waitress acted like we were a bother to her day! Very sad experience. Do not recommend. Too noisy!!! Had to yell across the table to talk.

   I can not say enough. It was a brunch for my dad’s 75th bday. I was running late because my son’s nurse called out. He is handicapped and has many medical needs. They allowed my family to be seated so they didn’t have to be wait in the cold (my father and aunt walk with canes as well). My son’s kidcart (wheelchair/stroller) had to be kept outside the tent and it started to rain and they came with bags and covered it for me. I didn’t ask them to do so. The food was excellent. The staff was very courteous. These things may not seem like big deals but when you have a child with special needs they are really huge things. Thank you so much!

   Not sure if the the waitress was having a problem or entire staff. Very inefficient. Waited for 30 minutes for drinks and soups were cold. Manager did rectify and comped drinks and soups. Entrees were good. Not sure if we will revisit.

   We loved all the holiday decorations and the refreshed interior and overall ambience. The food and drink were good. The sizes were noticeably smaller than previously -- or example the Chai Latte was 8 0z or less in a small cup. The potatoes in the breakfast plate were less than 1/3 of a cup...and prices have increased. Our server was clearly sick and was not attentive - missing most of our time there and the noise level was very very high - difficult to have a conversation with my friend who was sitting directly across from me.

   We’ve been coming to Terrain for years and sadly it was not as great this time as it usually was. Food was cold, coffees were disappointing, the air would be hot and then cold (we kept having to put our jackets on and then taking them off). It wasn’t the same food quality as we have come to know from Terrain. Our waitress was attentive and quick though! Might have just been an off day, but was a little disappointing. Favorite dishes are the Burger, Shakshuka, French Toast, and Short Rib Hash!

    Ordered app and entree. We are fast eaters and still the entree came out before we even touched the beet salad, less than 10 min from receiving the starters. They took the entrees back and put under a warmer. Yes, scallops under a warmer. When the same dishes returned 10 min later they were cold and we sent them back again. What did they do? They reheated the same proteins. New pasta with the same scallops. Pork tenderloin that was put back in a pan and far from tender. The server was awesome, but the kitchen is a joke.
