Excellent food and drinks. The service is consistently good. Time the floor manager was helping with service today and he is always so welcoming and gracious.

If you never been at Terra at Eataly, go. The ambience reminds me of a restaurant in L.A. Menu was pricey, but tasty. 166 for an appetizer, benedict, salmone, crap cakes, latte, coffee and sales/tip. From the hostess, server, to bus person, they were polite and professional. I would go back to introduce to a newbie.

I was disappointed as this place was totally hyped by friends and coworkers. Ordered two appetizers and two main dish and it was all bland. Server was pleasant, but the runner brought one main dish and didn't bring the other until my guest had finished her meal. So we didn't up eating at the same time. Passed on the dessert because didn't want to waste my money on more bland food. A bowl of bland pasta for $34 is not cool. Nice ambience, but wouldn't do it again.

Food was excellent. Service was as disjointed and dysfunctional as I’ve ever had. The manager Thomas came over and comped the majority of the meal and wine which was extremely thoughtful due to the multiple errors but we won’t be going back.

This was the fourth Eataly we have eaten at (also Florence Italy, New York, Las Vegas). We have always had a nice time and a good meal. My husband and I ordered the tasting menu with five courses. The branzino was extremely fishy with lots of bones and the pasta inedible. Even the waiter took it away and said “that definitely doesn’t look really right”. It was supposed to be cacio e pepe but this was a watery sauce and it had anchovies in it. Sadly for us there was no offer of another pasta or main course. There was a family at the table next to us with three children who screamed the whole time. Everyone was complaining and nothing was done. The whole experience was highly disappointing. For $400 we should have an edible meal.

The vibe at Terra is simply great. It doesn't feel like your everyday Italian place. It's a bit pricey so save it for a special occasion. But when you do visit you cannot miss the skewered meats (we tried the lamb and it was the bomb!) and the dessert named Terra.

My wife and I came here once before for valentines and it was amazing. We came to celebrate 13 years last night (Nov 2024), but ended up kinda grossed out by this place, and will not be coming back. First, there was a long light colored human hair baked into our Sourdough bread. The Ravioli I ordered was room temp when it finally arrived at my table. My wife's Filet Mignon was hot and fresh. Seems like they made mine then waited for my wife's to be done. To start off our evening there, it took a while for us to get seated for our 7pm reservation. There were so many people trying to check in at the same time when we arrived. We ended up at what seemed to be a spare table set up in this tight spot around busy foot traffic. Not a great vibe for couple trying to celebrate a night sans kids. Anyway, we're not going back there. I'm sure the hair in the bread is a rare occurrence, and they were clearly busy and backed up leading to a poor experience on top of its pricey menu. Oh, they didn't charge me for the bread... so at least there is that. Waiter was nice, wasn't her fault. Lead waiter or manager came and apologized, only to my wife. Didn't even make eye contact with me. We expected a better experience for a $200 dinner for two.
