   Food was ok, chef was really good, but "server" was hardly seen. Not too bad, until you needed a water refill. Noise level was really loud.

   The food quality was good, our chef's ability to cook and entertain was very good. Service other than our table side chef, very slow but I believe that may have been because of short staffing. Cost on the higher end but expected and portion size, for what I ordered was more than adequate. I ordered the steak & chicken combo. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. If you enjoy hibachi style dining, not bad.

    The waitstaff seemed pretty focused on upcharging. For instance, my husband ordered a beer, and they brought him the largest size without asking if that’s what he wanted. Garlic rice comes with an $11 upcharge, and while kids can order a half portion for half the price, that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The location of the restaurant is also tricky to find—it’s downstairs near the pool area. As for the food, it was just okay. Considering it’s Maui, options were limited at 8:30 p.m. My husband also got frustrated with our waiter, who came off a bit snarky. Overall, we're undecided about returning. It didn’t feel like it was worth it.
