The heart of Ten Sushi is built from this one character: 天 (Ten) It may not mean much to most, but to us here at Ten, it means everything. From how we start our days to how we strive to end each night, this Japanese character reminds us every day to bring each an every one of our customers a different kind of kaiten, or conveyor belt, experience. [天] translates directly to “above and beyond all others” or “something greater.” This phrase sets the tone at Ten, reminding us to keep in mind what we ought to strive for with each and every guest we encounter.

It took about 45 minutes to bring us the two 9-piece sushi plates we ordered, and it wasn't really busy. They walked by the table several times and brought the our food to two tables before they brought it to ours. We paid $30 per plate, and one of the pieces of sushi had bones. This was our second and final time eating there.

Fish is always great quality. A little on the pricey side. The sushi chef is the owner and is always very friendly and speaks Japanese fluently.

I love Ten Sushi. The food is good, the Chef is quite gifted. His fish is varied and fresh. The fish soup has a round fullness that is clean flavored and filling. All in all it is top flight. My Japanese wife has a very discriminating palate, having grown up and dined in urban Yokohama, and rates Ten a ten.

The color of Tamago on Nigiri was brownish. Although it stated the eggs are organic, it did not look appetizing. It was extra sweet. Inari was also extra sweet. Even our kids didn't eat them after a bite. Quality got worse over our three visits. It's really too bad because we find the owner chef very friendly.

From the offerings on the belt to the omakase sashimi to the sake tasting flights, Ten Sushi was a fantastic dining experience at a reasonable price!

Ten Sushi is ok. Not bad, but not great. There are better places for sushi in Seattle!

There was a special tuna cutting ceremony which was awesome, the chefs were amazing and generous with the freshest tuna i've ever had in my life. the ambience and everything was great, but because of the ceremony the service was lacking. we were sitting at the bar which i think the servers just dont think that we also wanted drinks and some special dietary needs in our group that was difficult to communicaet to the chefs. the MC of the cutting event, Tomo, was extraordinary and helped us get what we needed would definitely go back again!

We always enjoy Ten Sushi for the quality of the food. They mark gluten free and vegetarian items well which is a big plus. The prices are higher than other kaiten sushi but the quality is better and the portions are larger. Rolls are 6 pieces rather than the typical 3. Inari has large pieces of fish. I would prefer lower prices and bite size inari but the fish quality is good and origin of fish is noted. Most of the vegetables are organic. It's also nice to have free parking.
