The Tekuamana menu is inspired by Mexican tradition and elevated by sourcing of organic, local and wild ingredients. The kitchen cooks without seed-oils, opting instead for ghee, avocado oil and rendered fat as well as incorporating house made lacto-fermented foods, sourdough bread and kombucha.
