I ignored a review that said the food was overpriced and that it was a loud environment. Both were true. The food sadly wasn’t very good, nor fresh. We barely touched the salad as the croutons were stale and the dressing had an odd taste. The server didn’t ask if anything was wrong with it even though it wasn’t eaten and we’re not the type to complain, especially while waiting for additional food items. The hog in the blanket was the best thing we had and a good app. The French dip sounded good, but reminded me of a Buckees BBQ sandwich but made with old bread and having the cafeteria taste. The prime rib was decent, but price-to-value ratio, I’d prefer getting it elsewhere like Carve or Homespun. We will not be back as there are far better restaurants in Austin.
