Used to love coming here but the quality of both food & service has dropped quite a lot. It’s just not worth the money they’re charging anymore. Most of us got steak - ribeye, sirloin, fillet. They didn’t have T Bone. We were booked for 7pm. Personally I don’t think the cuts aren’t up to par with the price. The fillet would be my recommendation but still not convinced it’s worth £39. The portions all in all are questionable. We were there for a birthday party with a party of 9 & had a 40min wait for food after being seated for ~40mins already. There were a few at the table that wanted their steaks well done & this was given as the reason for the long wait - fair enough. In this time they offered some bread for the table - everyone got about 1.5 slice of bread. It was nice but I was surprised to be charged ~£20 for what we thought was a complimentary gesture for the long wait. There was one server who seemed very overwhelmed trying to tend to tables while the rest of the service staff were stood about. No water refill was offered after the initial bottles put on the table. We had a birthday cake which was brought out - we had to ask for forks. Glasses weren’t cleared to make room for the cake celebrations. Little things that added up. Overall not the end of the world - just not the service or quality you’d expect for a place with a higher price point as a steak restaurant. Not generally one to complain but it’s disappointing to lose what was a great place for us to go out for a great meal.

We arrived at 17:30 and within 10 or so minutes we got our starter. Unfortunately things started to go wrong after this as we waited a further 40 to 50 mins for our mains. I appreciate that the restaurant was busy but we watched others around us getting served much quicker. I made a complaint to our server and within minutes a manager arrived to apologise. In recognition of my complaint we received a complimentary dessert and coffee which was okay. The food was good but the occasion spoiled by poor service.

Ate here twice. Rib eye steak both times. First time was the best steak I ever had and I’ve had a few. Second time not so good. Would be one of the best eateries in Belfast if they were consistent. Unfortunately they haven’t mastered that yet.

Great food. Our group comes at the same time every year for an event. This is the 3rd year on the bounce. Top quality all round .. although the service could have been a bit more attentive. We had a fair wait to order and between drinks/courses. That is probably nit picking though and I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Belfast. Thanks
