Taru Rockin Sushi and Sake House is now open in Chinatown (4480 Spring Mountain Rd., Suite 500) serving contemporary Japanese Cuisine from Chef Takashi Takahashi and Yamamoto. Taru uses the freshest ingredients by partnering with local and international suppliers, and changes the menu seasonally, inspired by the abundance and variety of edible offerings from soil and sea.

    We love this place.. the sushi is so fresh and the options are wonderful. The steak on the stone dish was delicious. Great service with all the staff and manager.

    Every dish, every piece of sushi, was outstanding. We got there when they started to get quite busy so just a timing thing with Service and speed. Placing this place on my must returned list and likely my new go to place for sushi.

    TARU is an awesome spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You John), solid beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bite is their 420 Roll. We highly recommend TARU.
